On-site or remote review of existing topology, port usage, bandwidth and rack conditions, plus expected growth over three years.

Sizing & quote

Model options with the trade-offs spelled out — which specifications are necessary and which can be dropped. Quotes include deployment and warranty terms.

Supply

Genuine stock delivered, then unboxed and verified on arrival. Serial numbers and warranty start dates recorded into an asset register.

Deployment

Racking, cabling, configuration rollout and verification. Cutover scheduled off-peak, with the live configuration backed up and a rollback window agreed beforehand.

Handover

Topology diagrams, IP plan, configuration files and operating notes delivered. All documentation is yours to keep — no technical lock-in.

Ongoing operations

Transitions into scheduled inspections and 24/7 fault response, governed by the response targets below.

How we work

There's nothing mystical about this trade. The difference is whether the dull parts get done properly.

Sized for the requirement, not the margin

We ask about port count, bandwidth, concurrency and three-year growth before naming a model. Adequate with one tier of headroom beats a maxed-out build — and we'll tell you plainly where money can be saved.

Reversible beats deployable

Live configurations are backed up and a rollback window agreed before any cutover. A change you can reverse in ten minutes beats a theoretically better one you cannot back out of.

Nothing lives in one person's head

Topology, IP plan, asset register, configurations and credential handling are documented and kept current. People take leave and move on; the network must not become a black box when they do.

The sale is the beginning

Warranty RMAs are handled for you, with a spare installed in the meantime. Every fault is traced to root cause and recorded — the same problem happening twice is on us.
