Network equipment
Switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points and controllers, optical modules and cabling. Genuine stock with manufacturer warranty, sized against your actual topology and budget — we don't upsell capacity you won't use.
One team handles it end to end — sizing and quotation, racking and cutover, then the inspections and fault response for years afterwards. The real cost of buying hardware isn't on the quote; it's having no one to call when it fails. That second half is our work.
Not a reseller that disappears after invoicing. Sizing, supply, racking, configuration and ongoing maintenance sit with the same team — so there's no finger-pointing between vendor, integrator and operator when something breaks.
Switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points and controllers, optical modules and cabling. Genuine stock with manufacturer warranty, sized against your actual topology and budget — we don't upsell capacity you won't use.
Structured cabling, racking, configuration rollout and cutover. VLAN and routing design, stacking and link aggregation, wireless site survey and tuning. Cutovers run in off-peak windows with a rollback path agreed in advance.
Scheduled inspections, configuration backup and archiving, firmware and patch assessment, fault response. Spares kept on hand — a failed unit is swapped to restore service first, then sent through the warranty RMA process.
Firewall policy review and least-privilege exposure, network segmentation, traffic management, VPN connectivity for branches and remote staff, plus hardening of the devices themselves — credentials, authentication and log retention.
Multi-carrier link balancing with automatic failover, server load balancing, active-standby pairs and stacking redundancy. One severed line or one dead unit should not take the business down with it.
Rack and tower server sizing, supply, installation and maintenance. Core count, memory and NIC ratios matched to real workload with headroom for growth — you don't pay for specifications you'll never reach.
Disk array, NAS and SAN planning, expansion and maintenance. Data tiered by access pattern, with snapshots, offsite copies and restore drills in place — a backup only exists once you have restored from it.
Every stage has a defined deliverable. You always know where things stand and who the next step is waiting on.
On-site or remote review of existing topology, port usage, bandwidth and rack conditions, plus expected growth over three years.
Model options with the trade-offs spelled out — which specifications are necessary and which can be dropped. Quotes include deployment and warranty terms.
Genuine stock delivered, then unboxed and verified on arrival. Serial numbers and warranty start dates recorded into an asset register.
Racking, cabling, configuration rollout and verification. Cutover scheduled off-peak, with the live configuration backed up and a rollback window agreed beforehand.
Topology diagrams, IP plan, configuration files and operating notes delivered. All documentation is yours to keep — no technical lock-in.
Transitions into scheduled inspections and 24/7 fault response, governed by the response targets below.
Severity is set by business impact, not by account size. Contractual targets are those in the signed service agreement.
| Level | Typical situation | First response | On site |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 Critical | Full network outage, core device down, business fully unavailable | 15 min | Within 4 h, same city |
| P2 High | Partial impact, one side of a link down, redundancy lost | 30 min | Same day |
| P3 Medium | Isolated fault, degraded performance, alarms without outage | 2 h | Next business day |
| P4 Low | Change requests, technical enquiries, planned maintenance | 1 business day | Scheduled window |
There's nothing mystical about this trade. The difference is whether the dull parts get done properly.
We ask about port count, bandwidth, concurrency and three-year growth before naming a model. Adequate with one tier of headroom beats a maxed-out build — and we'll tell you plainly where money can be saved.
Live configurations are backed up and a rollback window agreed before any cutover. A change you can reverse in ten minutes beats a theoretically better one you cannot back out of.
Topology, IP plan, asset register, configurations and credential handling are documented and kept current. People take leave and move on; the network must not become a black box when they do.
Warranty RMAs are handled for you, with a spare installed in the meantime. Every fault is traced to root cause and recorded — the same problem happening twice is on us.
For quotes, include approximate port count, bandwidth and current equipment models — it saves a round trip. Report faults directly to support@, which feeds the on-call queue.
